Katherine is a self taught artist based on Salt Spring Island. She works with what is around her, and here, she is inspired by nature. Her work is mostly made of materials found on the beaches or in the forests, fastened by copper, cord and sometimes embellished with gemstones, feathers and other unique treasures.
