When I pour paint to make some of my other painting styles, the overflow left on my drop sheets dry to be the most unique designs and shapes. I clipped and collaged the byproducts from some larger flowing paintings and am building off this style. I am really drawn to the raw texture and the random pattern and can't wait to experiment my way into the next generation of this style of painting.
Without any byproducts left from earlier paintings, I set out to intentionally make a sheet of latex pattern. After long hours of drying, trimming and glue gunning there are many more collaged latex creations. This one is made on a wood panel and left exposed for a raw mat finish.
Option to finish with epoxy if desired use is table top.
